In a new episode of MBC Every1’s “Hidden Eye,” airing on January 27, a dramatic story unfolds in the segment “Four Shots from the Scene.”

The screen shows a man holding a suspicious packet of drugs, collapsed at the entrance of a police station. Observing the man staggering suspiciously, Park Ha-sun comments, “Could he be on drugs?” and watches in shock as the police officer reacts to the urgent situation. As they wonder why the man passed out in front of the station, Soyou shares her own terrifying experience of collapsing on the street and feeling as though someone was touching her body while she was unconscious.

The episode also covers the tragic issue of stalking crimes. Soyou is horrified after witnessing a 10th-grade boy attack a female student with a hammer on her way to school, saying, “Can this really happen between teenagers?” After the crime, the boy allegedly remarked, “It’s not easy to kill someone,” which even shocked profiler Kwon Il-yong, who remarked, “That’s something serial killers say, not a student.”

The situation escalates as a man follows a woman in what seems like a game of hide-and-seek, even following her to her home. Park Ha-sun expresses concern, saying, “Shouldn’t he be punished for stalking?” and the other cast members agree, showing their outrage. The episode raises the question of whether those who leave lifelong trauma in their victims can be prosecuted for stalking.

In a special Lunar New Year segment, Kwon Il-yong’s Case Files introduces the story of a postpartum caregiver with a dual personality. The caregiver, who shook a newborn baby upside down at 18 days old and left the baby unattended with a bottle for 10 minutes, enrages Park Ha-sun, who exclaims, “What if the baby falls?” and Kim Dong-hyun, who says, “If you feed a baby like that, it could kill them.”
